The one with the Y-Chromosome

At a quick glance of the family blogs to which we subscribe, it's the wife who keeps it up to date. Angela's had me write the last posts, but like the proverbial Austin Powers, I've lost my mojo. I'm not really sure what to update the blogging world on what's new with our life. It would be like having a meeting to plan on how to cut down on unnecessary meetings.

So... updates...

I got a raise at work and a bonus. It was a small one that I wasn't expecting, but because of it, I'm finally making more money than I've ever made in my life. Yay! It's still not very much, but it's the thought that counts.

Angela's sister and her husband bought a house, so Angela's down in the Provo area right now helping her unpack. She'll be back Tuesday evening. I miss her. It's times like this when you realize how much your spouse does for you socially. I can't imagine being in a relationship where you don't communicate with your spouse. She'll have been gone for four days, and I've just felt lonely.

Left to my own devices, I'm sure I'd be running around feral in my skivvies. I even made a Bacon Explosion on Saturday; it filled my stomach with meat and my heart with plaque. It was delicious.

Life is good.
