For Valentine's Day Joe and I had planned to go out to dinner on the 14th and then on the 16th do the real celebrating. Then we planned to drive down to Provo to see Rockapella. I was super excited.
For dinner, we went to the Mandarin Garden and ordered Peking Duck. It was yummy. The coolest part were these vegetable scupltures that garnished the platter.
Friday we had some friends and family over for games and pizza. Charlie, my 18 month old nephew was in a great mood and it was so fun to play with him. Isn't he super cute?
Friday night Joe was up all night emptying everything that could be emptied. It wasn't from the food, I swear! Our friend Emily was sick with the same thing just the day before, and she was generous enough to share.
He was sick all weekend, so we didn't end up going to the concert. We gave the tickets to Paul and Candace. I hope they enjoyed it :)
Sunday night Joe was feeling a little better, so we took some silly pictures. We look really dumb in the silly ones, so here's a good one.
